I am passionate about all apects of the real estate industry. My real estate background includes being a general contractor for new home construction and was a Licensed Residential Builder. My educational background includes a Diploma of Technology in Marketing Management from BCIT and I was also a licensed insurance broker for many years. I thoroughly enjoyed the construction industry working with contractors, figuring out time lines, logistics and budgets. I feel that my construction experience has been a great asset to my career as a licensed Real Estate agent.
